Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Product Availability

While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory information, some products may require additional processing time due to supplier or warehouse availability. If an item is unavailable or an unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated shipping timeframe.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of Khasm Labs' control, including supplier availability, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events. We will communicate significant delays whenever possible.
